Harvested in November 2022, our Tuscan is a blend of Frantoio, Leccino, and Pendolino olive varietals, planted on our farm in 2004. This olive oil is dark green with a robust flavor that is nutty, fruity, and buttery with a peppery finish. It is perfect for grilling red meats and marinating a good white fish. We drizzle it over steamed vegetables and pasta or just use it for dipping our favorite Italian bread.
