Harvested in December 2022, our 100% Arbequina is a lighter, but still robust oil we like to drizzle on salads, roasted peppers, chicken and salmon. We mix it with balsamic vinegar and Parmesan cheese and serve it alongside our favorite antipasto meats, cheeses, and fresh Italian bread.
